Buzzfeed is usually a hit or miss with most people. They publish the most ridiculous stories we never thought could ever be published, and we find ourselves sharing them on Facebook, Twitter, and now Pinterest. From a health and diet perspective, Buzzfeed is a source of both good and bad information.
